Margit E. Flierl, born 1962, Economist with more then 20 years practical experience heading Purchasing & Materialmanagement Departments as well as Project Management and ample experience abroad in Singapore, Thailand, Hongkong, Japan, Korea, USA, Czech Republic and from 1996-1998 Project Experience in India (Production Outsourcing and Development of next generation of Products).

 

Since 1998 she's actively involved in clients' project in India; Project focus being production and R&D outsourcing, Global Sourcing, Software-Projects and Recruiting of Engineers as well as Trainiing and Consulting for intercultural Management in India.

 

Focus of her trainings are Communication, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Delegation-Preparation, Teambuilding and Moderation. Amongst others, she is working in the segments of Industry, Automation, Engineering, Automotive, Insurance, Health Care.

 

Mrs. Flierl is actively involved in Negotiation strategies and Negotiations in India as well as Coach for Change Processes in an intercultural environment.

 

She publishes Articles and gives Lectures about Intercultural Management with India.

 

 

Janaki Narkar-Waldraff

Janaki Narkar-Waldraff

Janaki Narkar-Waldraff, born 1959, PhD in Intercultural Communications, B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in German Studies, Diploma as German Teacher has lived for many years in Germany and Mexico.  Today she makes her home in Pune / India.

 

Mrs. Narkar-Waldraff has worked as Editor and Lecturer for German for the Goethe Institute in Germany as well as MMB in New Delhi and Pune.

 

She is fluent in English, German, Maharati, Hindi, Konkani, Gujarati, Spanish and French. Since 2004 Mrs. Narkar is working as Trainer for intercultural sensibilisation programms as well as OEL (Outdoor Experiential Learning).
